30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscription plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with TrackSource for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial paid subscription
  • You are upgrading or downgrading plans (prorated credits apply)
  • There was a billing error or duplicate charge
  • The service experienced significant downtime affecting your business

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the initial purchase
  • Partial month usage after the first 30 days
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Renewal charges (please cancel before renewal to avoid charges)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at support@tracksource.io
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your refund request
  3. Provide your order/transaction ID (found in your billing history)

We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first 30 days from the start of your subscription. After this period, you may cancel at any time, but refunds for the remaining months are not provided. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Plan Changes and Prorations

When upgrading plans, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the prorated credit will be applied to your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for downgrades.

Free Trial

Our 14-day free trial allows you to test the full capabilities of TrackSource before committing. We recommend using the trial period to evaluate whether the service meets your needs. No payment is required during the trial, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the billing period ends
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
